At Friday Pickleball, we want you to love your gear as much as the game itself. If your paddle or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
